Item is the complete Piper Cherokee Seat Assembly, as from Pilot's Side of the aircraft. See the parts catalog images for part numbers. This item is as removed from a 1964 PA-28-140, serial # 28-203xx. Noted a few small distress points on the sides. Cushioning is "flatter" than the passenger's side - likely due to a fellow fat man flying the aircraft. See the attached images for condition.
