Gear Retraction Motor Release Arm and Link (BELIEVED To Be 21855-000, 21080-000)

This one is interesting, and the price reflects it.  These parts were on a Mooney as part of an STC; however it APPEARS to be a PIPER Gear Retraction Motor Release Arm with Link. Unfortunately, no one thought to get additional information on the STC for the parts bin. If we're right, these are PIPER part numbers are 21855-000, 21080-000. See image for condition and parts included.
