Item is a Super King Air 200 Pilot Training manual from Flight Safety comes with the checklist plus a spare binder with various images. Product condition is as it appears in the images. The first page of the Flight Safety binder needs a set of reinforcements to hold it in, and the checklist is altogether, but the comb-spine is a little rough.
