Product Overview
Item is a Emergency Beacon Corp EBC-102A Aircraft Locator Transmitter. This item is as removed from a 1964 PA-28-140, serial # 28-203xx. Battery is NOT included. Activation weight slid and turned unit on when tapped against my knee. I did power the unit using a using bench supply and it produced the expected signal on 121.5.
Two of the battery compartment screws are missing and you'll see a little of the expected rust on some of the other screws - hey, she's been around for awhile, right? Take a look at the attached images for a better idea of the aesthetics and overall condition.
