Item is a CESSNA 150 RIGHT RH CABIN DOOR part number 0413023-26 or 0413023-206 (clear vs tinted window variants) . It is as-removed from a 1970 Cessna 150K, serial number 150713xx. Item is as it appears in the attached images. You'll note a break in the plastics around the door handle and a small bend at the bottom. Please note: BOTH ENDS OF THE HINGS ARE INCLUDED.
